Special Educational Needs report

The Special Educational Needs (SEN) report is a statutory document which is produced by schools to detail the support that takes place within schools to support pupils with Special Educational Needs.

The report details the provision offered at the school for current pupils and those transitioning to the school. It also details the links with other schools and external services to best meet the needs of individual pupils as detailed in their EHCP/Statement of SEN.
