Macbeth Workshop

Following the incredible performance of Macbeth, a performer and workshop leader from the Almeida Theatre, visited The Courtyard to bring the play alive!

From power struggles to temptation and manipulation, the students practised dramatic readings of Macbeth, discussing and physicalising the status of the characters and creating small group performances. The Creative Expression Department costumes were the icing on the cake!

Well done to all the students who came along and especially Miss Lucas and Kit whose experience as professional performers gave the students so many ideas and inspiration!
