KS4 Results 2017-18
We are extremely proud of our pupils in Y11 who were the largest group to sit the widest variety of GCSEs in Courtyard history!
The range of qualifications and results can be seen below:
Due to the impairments associated with ASC, it is difficult for Courtyard pupils to sit five or more GCSEs and for them to achieve Grades A*- C / 9-4.
Despite this, a high proportion of our pupils managed to attain 5 or more GCSEs including English and Maths A*-G / Grade 9-1 or equivalents, as shown below:
Overall, 56% of Y11 pupils made expected or better than expected progress in English.
89% met their expected targets in English.
56% met their aspirational targets in English.
56% of Y11 pupils made expected or better than expected progress in Maths.
89% met their expected targets in Maths.
44% met their aspirational targets in Maths.
67% of pupils made expected or better than expected progress in ICT.
100% of Y11 pupils gained an accredited qualification in ICT.
Four of nine Year 11 pupils are remaining at the Courtyard for their KS5 studies. The Courtyard community wish our leavers all the very best as they move onto college courses at Westminster Kingsway, City and Islington College and New City College.

Our Sixth form pupils achieved excellent results at the end of the last academic year. Pupils studied GCSE, BTEC and Functional Skills courses.

All pupils achieved success and have moved on to a range of further education provisions, including Westminster Kingsway College, City and Islington College, The Leighton Project and the Mencap Adjusted Apprenticeship programme.
