Museum of London - Introducing Roman London

Dear Parent/Carer,

The Courtyard has arranged a free educational visit to the Museum of London on Monday 18th March. This is an opportunity for students to learn about the Romanisation of Britain through archaeological evidence and interactive workshops.

As this is a full day session, students will be required to bring a packed lunch. If your child usually has free school meals we can provide a packed lunch for him/her.

Your son/daughter will be permitted to bring money with them on the day because there may be an opportunity to explore the museum shop before returning to school. Please be advised that your child will be responsible for any valuable items they bring with them on the trip.

Please find additional details below:

Your child will be expected to arrive at school at the usual time of 8:30am

Venue: Museum of London, 150 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5HN

School departure time: 9:30am Return to school by: 3:30pm

Students will walk with staff to Highbury Corner (Stop D) to board the number 4 bus straight to the Museum of London (Stop BD).

If you are happy for your child to participate please complete the permission slip below and return to Ms Dias or Ms Hamilton by Monday 11th March 2019.
